We are completely fed up - and I promise you that you will get stung if you use Strike. After re-listing we have been bombarded with people booking viewings and never turning up, then low balling us by £20-30k under market value every single time despite us manually having to try and vet people by messaging them and them telling us otherwise before proceeding to waste our time. So 3 months after accepting our bid, it fell through, as expected really. This seemed great, until Strike never bothered to vet them, never contacted us, never bothered to answer our calls - being on hold for 30+ minutes usually before being told our account manager was never available or had been sacked (we had 5 account managers in 3 weeks) as their internal churn rate is clearly very high. We paid £200 to list on RM and Zoopla, and had a buyer make an offer 5 days after listing. Do not be roped in to even listing on Rightmove and Zoopla with them, as all you get on their platform is scammers, timewasters and un-vetted bids for your property that Strike never bother to follow up on or qualify. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! By far the worst real estate agent you could ever use.
